Innovative Paver System
Innovative Paver system is one of the advancements in concrete block paving technology. In effect, it is a
measure of the improved interlocking properties of pavement bricks over conventional pavers. It is a new
concept with tongue & groove which has a mechanical interlocking feature.
It is suitable for military and civilian aircraft pavements. It has a high resistance property to pull out forces.
It ensures the stability, durability, and the strength of the surface. It resists jet blast from aircraft and rotor
wash from helicopters. It is the best solution for the rural roadways as it will give a very long life to those
roadways even to heavier traffic and shall not be damaged during heavy rain or flood if designed
accordingly. This is the best solution for parking areas of extremely heavily loaded vehicles and eve heavily
moving vehicles roadways. It is strongly recommended for the ports, jetty and container yards where
extreme loads are handled.
Its maintenance procedures are simple. It is fuel and other chemical resistant, also contains good frictional
characteristics. The water infiltration exceeds that of the traditional permeable blocks. The sustained load
of the tongue and groove system is twice or more than the conventional rectangular blocks because of its
improved interlock performance
